About the Owner

Jonathan Kuly is a long-term Truckee resident, homeowner, and father who has spent over 15 years working in construction and property care here in the Truckee Tahoe Area. I’ve built my career on a simple foundation — treat every home like it’s my own.

As a homeowner myself, living in a modest 25-year-old manufactured home, I understand firsthand the challenges of maintaining a property in our mountain climate — from heavy snow loads and freezing temperatures to wildlife, moisture, and seasonal wear. I’ve applied that same diligence and care to the homes I manage professionally, which range from cozy family cabins to luxury estates over 12,000 square feet and valued in the multi-millions.

In my position as a field superintendent with a local construction company, I maintain and coordinate projects for high-value homes — overseeing well over $100 million in property assets. This experience has given me not only the technical skills, but also the trusted network of licensed, insured tradespeople I now bring to Truckee Tahoe Home Care clients.

I started Truckee Tahoe Home Care because I saw a need for transparent, proactive property care tailored to second homeowners who want peace of mind while they’re away. Whether it’s a simple monthly inspection, installing a new upgrade, or full project coordination, my goal is to protect your investment and keep your home exactly how you want it — ready for you to enjoy.

When I’m not on the job, I’m usually outside with my daughter, Adeline — hiking, skiing, or exploring everything Truckee has to offer. This community is home, and caring for its homes is more than my business — it’s my passion.
